By accessing or using SongBridge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

Description of Service

SongBridge provides a platform for creating universal music links that work across multiple streaming platforms. Our service allows you to:

• Create personalized music links that redirect to your preferred streaming platform
• Share music across different platforms seamlessly
• Track click analytics on your shared links
• Access API services for developers

User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of SongBridge, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all content created or shared through your account

Account Termination

You may use SongBridge to create and share music links for personal or commercial purposes, provided that your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Uses

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to create links in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our service
• Use SongBridge to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content

Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

SongBridge offers both free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that time.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SongBridge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by SongBridge or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through SongBridge. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Third-Party Content

SongBridge may display or link to third-party content, including music streaming platforms. We do not claim ownership of such content and respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SongBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of SongBridge after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SongBridge immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use SongBridge will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
